Profile issue when coming out of standby

If the netbooks are left long enough to go into standby and then are woken up, the profiles dont seem to load correctly and all we get is the desktop with just the "My Computer" icon. All of the redirected stuff is gone.

Any ideas how to stop this?

That's what I would have said - If you look in the power settings there is a tick-box to stop the NIC being switched off to save power when the machine goes into standby on battery power
