This is something that sounds really basic and yet I can't figure it out for the life of me.
In programs like Word I want to stop students \ teachers from going to File > Print and changing the printer properties. I'm trying to stop (some of them) them from printing everything in colour.
Under the printer security I've taken away the permission to manage the printer and this means that everything is grayed out if they go to Printer Properties under "Printers & Faxes" on the start menu. However they can still get at the Properties window within the Printer Properties button when in Word \ Excel etc and change it to colour.
Any suggestions? Sounds simple, stop kids and staff from accessing printer properties but in reality i can't figure out how to do it.
CC3 network if that helps :/
