HP Autoloader and NTBackup
I'm trying to connect a HP 1/8 SCSI autoloader to a HP Storage server running Windows 2003 standard with the intention
of using NTBackup to schedule jobs, i've installed the LTT tools to detect the device is working and connected correctly but
under device manager in Windows the autoloader comes back as 'Unknown Changer' and the drive has the big yellow question mark.
I know with something like Backup Exec, you use the Backup exec drivers to install and manage the device correctly, but how should a tape device such as the HP be installed to work with NTBackup. The device isn't showing up in RSM either, should it ?
