timeout 30000 milliseconds waiting for a transaction response from the "cisvc" service
I have a Windows Server 2003 full patched running like a dog. The only thing still left running on it is Sage for 2 users. Anyone come across this error before?

That's the Indexing service. It's trying to index the contents of the servers hard drive (and failing). If you don't need to index the drive for faster searches then disable the indexing (in the drive properties IIRC). Also, if it is getting 'stuck' this might indicate a file system error or even a failing disk drive.

Cheers Geoff... that's what I think thinking.
I've disabled the Indexing Service so I will see how it gets on!
