Ok, lets play "Where have all the computers gone from Little-Miss' wsus console". Sometime over the weekend, they've all vanished!! I don't remember making any changes to the GPO apart from tidying up the name? That wouldn't have affected it would it?
Now the machines are on today will they start filtering back into the list?

Does the machine appear in the console?

When checking RSOP it has picked up the GP.
It worked Friday! lol
