Print server deploy printer with two default settings

IS it possible to deploy a printer twice with different default settings? I've not tried hard to do it, just throwing this question out

eg we have a colour photocopier thats networkable, littlest bit of colour on a print job causes it to get charged at full colour
so i'm deploying with gpo and setting default to greyscale - would be nice to have the printer listed twice like so

    Photocopier (Default)
    Photocopier (Colour)

Like i said not put much effort into it - i'm happy with them printing in greyscale tbh
