Folder invisible in windows but visible in UNC path
Strange one this.... I noticed recently that a bog standard windows folder on my server 2003 machine (happens to be my redirected desktop icons) has dissapeared from windows explorer. If I do a UNC path to it, it shows up just fine and I can open it. Ive done all the obvious like making sure that hidden files/folders is off and protected files but to no avail....any ideas? everything works fine from the folder so its not a huge problem, it must be there or I'd get no icons on my desktops I just cant see it!
