    DHCP Change Reservation

How do I change the allocated IP address of a previous? (I'm tidying up - I just reserved some existing AP addresses when I converted the school to DHCP but I'd like to move them into a block from xx.yy.zz.20-26)

    Si

Or do I have to delete and re-reserve?

Open the reservation entry up, copy the mac address, delete the reservation entry and then recreate easily using the wonders of paste.

Oh - even with these wonderful server thingys - I have to do it the old fashioned way!

I hope MS have made it a bit better in W2k8 - maybe even add a csv/xml export?

This gives you an IP--MAC listing

netsh dhcp server \\SERVER-NAME scope XX.XX.XX.XX show reservedip

and netsh can do loads of stuff, just not too friendly about it

DHCP has always been the Achilles heel of Windows Server.
