Are you looking for paid or free solutions?

Well anything that won't intefere with exchange too much.
I don't mind paying but simply want to stop all the v|agra messages coming through so don't need anything too advanced.

You could always try ESVA Virtual Appliance by Global Domination - GD - Home.
I have been using this for about 18 months now and once setup correctly, never had any issues. It's free and has a pretty good support community. All it does is filter and AV your emails and forward them to Exchange.

I'm trying to use the built in exchange intelligent message filter.
Its asking for SCL levels? Does anyone use it and at what levels?
