Mad default gateway loss
New year, new problems..harumph.
The FRDC is intermittently losing the default gateway value (in ipconfig /all), but it's still there in the GUI dialog.
Repairing the connection fixes it.
This is impacting on DNS and subsequently our SMTP.
Any ideas? Faulty NIC?

Sorted. The other network card wasn't disabled (we swapped it over, during summer, because it became faulty). It was "cable unplugged" status. Disabling it seems to have done the trick.
