.Man file changing to .Dat seemingly on its own....
Hi Guys
As title really.
I've got a profile bound to the domain admin account that me and my technician use when logging onto PC's around the school. The account is called "siteadmin", and it’s a direct copy of the default Administrator account.
Anyway, I built a profile for it with shortcuts to various things on the desktop. Then, I changed the user.dat to user.man in order to prevent any further changes.
Now, as far as I’m aware, this is the only change I need to make in order to prevent changes being made to the profile.
On a number of occasions, I’ve noticed that changes have been saved back on logoff...so I checked the user.man file...and it’s a user.dat. This has happened about 3 times now over the last week...
Any ideas anyone?
