GParted runs but stops before main screen

I'm trying to resize the C: drive on a Server 2003.

I put the CD in the drive and restart, GParted starts it's automated phase runs through several screens of script but then hangs at the bottom of a script page with no flashing cursor or anything?

I sometimes have had problems in the past where APIC drivers in linux cause issues like that. Try booting (if possible, I know ubuntu/knoppix can do it) with the boot commands

    -noapic -nolapic
