Web shortcuts in a new window

Can you set by group policy to make web shortcuts always open in a new window? i know you can do it in explorer options but for 500+ PCs its not really an option. TA!!

The Internet Options setting must change a registry setting. If you use RegMon to check what this is, it should just need a single line of VBS to duplicate the behaviour. Then use Group Policy to roll this out as a login script (assuming it's a user setting).
