Block exe from USB - Again

I've checked about eight forum threads with this subject, for some reason they all either pointed to another thread that didn't resolve and or they just said "I blocked it using Group Policy" but didn't say how.

I'm looking for how on a win 2003 server to block .exe and .bat files from usb/flash drives via group policy. Please include any templates that may be needed.

    Thank you kindly!
