    Laptops using Terminal Services

    Hi All

We have set the student laptops to get a Full Desktop from a terminal server

Do you think its possible to get a battery Icon in the session?

just concerning that laptops will die before students realise and save there work

    Thanks

    Phil

I don't think you'll manage that but what you can often do is set a BIOS setting to give a warning beep on low battery... this can sometimes be changed too so that you can give extra warning.

TBH - I doubt a student would think to check the battery icon to see if they need to save their work!

Virtual Battery indicator - display the battery level inside a remote desktop session. We tested it - it seems to work
