These are on a redirected desktop, the rest of the desktop is fine as I have locked down permissions
on the shortcuts, but the ones above are the not shortcuts as the system places them on the desktop
so need a way probably through a regedit to stop children renaming them by single clicking on the name and then single clicking again to rename it, also it alllows deletion.
