CALs Question
Hi Everyone
We have a 2003 server at work which staff can (and do) log into from home using remote desktop connection. Up until recently, its all worked really well...and has done for a number of years. Then, i was doing some cleaning up on the server, and i think i deleted something which i shouldnt have...and have messed things up a bit.
Anyway, to fully sort this problem, and to give the server a new lease of life...i want to do a full re-build of it...however, my problem is that it has 30 CALs on it...which of course will be lost during the format.
Anyone been in this situation before, and how did you handle it? Do i need to buy more CALs when i've re-built it?
Thanks
Aaron
