Print Manager plus 2010

Morning all,
Help needed on this please,
I have a problem with print manager 2010 standard,when trying to generate a report on printing usage its displays " crystal report viewer a number,currency,amount,boolean,date,time,date-time,or string is expected here"
any idea?

Hamza,
the Crystal rteports viewer is basically asking for some parameters. What report are you trying to view?
If I was looking at all the prints that a particular printer did I would need to enter the name of the printer - prety logical. But if you wanted to view the same report with a date window then the date field comes into play. You must put some parameter in at least one field (not necessacerilary all the fields) to start the filtering for your report.
