Exchange 2003 problem/profile problem?
Hi Chaps,
I have a couple of users on different machines complaining that when they go in to Outlook 2003 they are greeted with the account creation screen so it is losing that setting, I've witnessed it my self and put the exchange details back in but after a few days it is lost again. Any ideas where I should start to look for what is causing this?
Thanks
Stewart

As far as policy is concerned, nothing has changed there and it only seems to happen every now and again...

I take you are using roaming profiles.
Check the profile is being downloaded correctly.
Next time you have to re-type in their outlook settings
Insert a registry key, under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\EduGeek
then next time its lost the settings check to see if that registry key is there. If it isn't then they're profile is either not saving/ not downloading or get corrupted.
