Error Msg DHCP
In event viewer I'm getting the following message from LanviewServer 3, which I know some of you use:
Could not contact the DHCP server (IP address), make sure it is online, if
the server is only a PXE/RIS server, this error can safely be ignored.
Each time I fire up LanView3 there are two messages giving two IP addresses. One IP is from a range that we used to have a long time ago, and the other is from a Windows 2000 server which we don't have any more (and the IP address is not currently in use).
1) Does anyone know where or how LanView3 gets its information?
2) How do I edit that info to delete these two IP addresses?
This is the trouble with using unsupported software I have to know what I'm doing - and I don't
