Hi all,
Can't find an answer to this here so am posting...
We are currently in the middle of setting up a complete new network and one of the things I need to do on my old 2k3 dc is to add a UPN to the employee id field so we can use Moodle and integrate with LDAP.
Now, I can do the addition of the employeeID fine, I have done a simple dsmod script, but the previous NM here hadn't set any first name or last name and only set the display name!
This is causing problems for me due to the previous student naming structure. Do any of you have a script, or can point me to the right direction for a script which will modify the first name and last name attributes in Active directory with the first and last name set in the display name? Is this even possible?
Many thanks for all your help!
