The office staff lost the connection to the printer hanging off their 2003 server. When I tried to re-install they lost all the network drives. I rebooted and they came back and then appeared to drop out again when I went back to installing the printer.

When I reboot I get a Generic Host Process for Win32 Services encountered a problem...

It's back up and running now and I'm reluctant to try the printer again just yet as the admin staff will kill me if it goes down again.
