    Active User Manager

I can get it to set up a new OU and import users but can't work out how to get it to create a home folder for each user. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I dont bother creating them with AUM. I just select all the users in normal U&C after creating them via AUM csv import, and then bulk change the Home folder, using \\server\share\%USERNAME% AD will then create the folders and apply permissions.

It is an available variable in the csv though. Have you tried popping it in there?
