Could you take a look at your UserConfig > Policies > Folder Redirection > Links and tell me what you have that set to. I want to get this so that it is per user and follows them around the network, but I can't work out how I need to configure that...
We have that set to 'Not Configured'
The only settings we have [for our students and staff] are:
Desktop redirection.
Start Menu redirection.

If you only have Start Menu and Desktop redirected, that presumably means all the other areas are local, whereas we have Documents, Music, Video and Favorites configured, pointing to their networked MyDocs folder.
My understanding is that if any of these settings are 'Not Configured' it follows the MyDocuments settings.Quote:

Basic - Redirect to the following location:
Code:\\Servername.domain.domain\%Username%$\Links
We have the same as Michael
Basic - Redirect everyone's folder to the same location
Each user has individual links redirected, If you wanted everyone to have the same links, just add the location such asCode:\\Server\profiles\%username%\Links
Code:\\Server\policies\links
Would that automatically create that folder, since it doesn't currently exist for anyone?Quote:
