Remove repair mode when Win 7 client powered down badly

When someone forces power off or a computer crashes on windows 7 you get the two options during boot up of repair mode or start windows normally.
The default option selected is repair mode. Is it possible to change the default option or completely remove the option for repair mode?
Quite often get kids saying a laptop is broken and it's just booted into repair mode.

UAC must be turned off or you must run CMD as an Admin

To turn back on bcdedit /set {default} bootstatuspolicy displayallfailures

Nice. Was easier than I thought. This should work fine as a computer startup script in group policy? ( Prefer to set as computer than user if can )
