Remote Assisance troubles
We're rolling out Windows 7 to the PC's on site, and I've just used Remote Assistance to help out another member of staff for the first time (until now its been using RA on a XP machine).
The problem I found is that when I needed to run a program or task "As an Administrator", the Remote Assistance window (from my end) would go blank, but the other user would see the usuall login box for an admin to enter the account details.
Has anyone else had this? Or is there a work around?
