Local User profiles

On my current XP clients I run a script at startup to delete all users profiles (except Administrator and Local/Network service and a couple of other admin accounts)

This works well, but as we are now looking into Windows 7 deployment soon I need to change this. However you can't delete profiles like this in 7 as it screws everthing up, and if you use group policy to delete accounts that are older than a specified date it deletes everything (including the local Administrator account!)

Has anyone got a solution working for this in W7? I want to delete all profiles other than a specific handful at startup?

"Delete cached copies of roaming profiles" here - Computer --> Admin Templates --> System --> User Profiles. Doesn't affect local account.
