Tweaking Windows 7: Free Tools

While looking at my Windows7 laptop I started to look at tweaking tools. The more I looked the more I found. Here is a summary of the results so far.

That was always a possibility. I will try to have a look through them in more detail in an attempt to eliminate the dross.
