Enable A USB Shared Printer For All Users

Hello

Does anybody know if its possible to enable all users of 'PC A' to see the USB shared printer on 'PC B'?

At the moment it seems to be necessary to add the printer under every logon/user for 'PC A'.

Any answers that don't involve a script would be best.

add it as a local printer creating a port that uses the remote pcs address.
