    Disable the document server service

I am trying to disable the document server service on few printers at work. They are Ricoh printers.
Anyone knows how to disable this feature?

If you can access the web interface by its static IP, that's generally a good place to start.

Yes Micheal, I have its web interface by its static IP but there isn't a way to disable.
You can only set a password to each the stored documents.
Setting up individual password for over 2000 files, it is pain.

From memory, if you look at User ID Management, you can allow/disallow features per User ID, including the Document server.
