All Users programs in Start Menu

Hopefully an easy one, my google-fu fails me today.

Mandatory profiles, don't want users to see a start menu full of guff from All Users (programs installed for all users) - rather just a list of programs I can add manually to each mandatory profile.
It's obviously an easy one, but it's escaping me I don't want to hide All Programs of course...

Dammit, nearly every time I post a "Help, I'm being thick" thread here, minutes later I answer my own question.

If anyone's interested, "Remove common program groups from Start Menu." in User Config/Admin Templates/Start Menu and Taskbar Right in front of me!
