    Uninstall Program Via BAT or GPO

    I need to unstall a program, On over 100 Pc's

    C:\Program Files\SafeCom\SafeComAppPrint\unins000.exe

    What is the best way of doing this and in silent mode if poss as well. Users need admin rights to install and Uninstall so would need that sorted as well.

    Thanks

    You should be able to pass a /SILENT switch to that uninstaller.

    Putting it in a startup script should do the trick?

    eg.

    Code:
    if exist {"C:\Program Files\SafeCom\SafeComAppPrint\unins000.exe"} (
        C:\Program Files\SafeCom\SafeComAppPrint\unins000.exe /SILENT
    )

    Great got it to work with silent on the end but I need it to uninstall when I user logs on and it asks for a username and Passoword as the don't have rights to install or Uninstall - Any way round this?

    Use it as a startup script.

    Sorry bit of a newbie to this,
    Do I just C:\Program Files\SafeCom\SafeComAppPrint\unins000.exe /SILENT to the VBS script or is there extra lines I need to add?

    Do it via a group policy start up script, not a login script - then it will be running as system rather than a user.

    To execute from VBS - have a look here - http://customerfx.com/pages/crmdevel...-vbscript.aspx
