Computer Config > Policies > Admin Templates > System > User Profiles - Log users off when roaming profile fails - Enabled
There is a Group Policy for this but the Local Securit Policy setting is:
Another one is to force the user to be re-authenticated by the CDC to unlock their Machines as well:Local Policies -> Security Options -> Interactive Logon: Number of previous logons to cache = 0
Local Policies -> Security Options -> Interactive Logon: Require Domain Controller authentication to unlock Workstation = Enabled

This is the one you want. @Michael solution will not work if you have local profiles.
