You may find some ISOs do not work with the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool (usually ones created in ImgBurn). There is a workaround however.
A bit of a misleading name for this Microsoft app, but what it apparently does is transfer a Windows 7 ISO image onto a USB drive that is then made bootable. I'll give it a whirl tomorrow, but it certainly seems a lot less hassle than messing around with DISKPART.

I use grub4dos to boot multiple actual iso files off 1 usb drive, today I'm booting vmware 5 installer, copy iso, edit menu.lst file, done
Yeah I used that and it works well, it did not work with a few other ISO Images that I had but hey! it was quick way to get Win7 on a USB Stick.
