    According to this thread Windows 7 logging off when "shut down" is pressed Upgrading the Securus client to Version 7.00.25 fixes the issue. I have emailed Securus support and will let you know if thats the case when they reply.

    The updated client i got works better but still isnt right. I have a case open and they are working on it.
