This is the error from publisher. I have tried reinstalling Office and Adobe CS5 and Acrobat CS5 but it persists.

Not sure on this one... any ideas?

    Cheers

Ive managed to find the stone sans as this was a purchased add on. This has been installed however it still says the StoneSans-Semibold is missing.

I am unsure where the other ones would have come from? Are they normal windows fonts? Or has some other application installed them?

None of those in your screenshot are standard Windows fonts, and AFAIK never have been. Helvetica in particular is expensive to get hold of these days - old versions of Adobe Type Manager sometimes have it in Type 1 format, but I know the copy I have actually causes Office and IE to crash so I stopped using it. Times-Roman is almost certianly very similar to Times New Roman, but isn't identical.

If this were anything other than a Publisher document, I'd suggest someone had been editing it on a Mac, but I'm not sure Office for the Mac even includes Publisher, does it?

I have had this on HP Desktops after uninstalling the unwanted cr@pware.
Apart from the obvious fonts mine took a system font out and the line of business app never recovered, I had to re-install the OS to make it work again.
