    Windows 7 Startmenu Shortcuts

    Hi Everyone

Im testing windows 7 with redirected startmenu which works but one thing its doing is when a user logs in to a computer, it adds additions shortcuts and folders such as ease of access and the accessories.

Are these icons copied from default user profile? if so how can i edit the default profile?

    Many Thanks

there is a gpo setting that disables local startup folders. Have you looked at user config\admin templates\Start Menu and Taskbar\ 'Remove common Program groups from start menu' ?

    Hi

Yes i have that enabled. Ive noticed that even when i delete the accessories folder from the redirected start menu (which is in their home folder) it some times puts it back!!!

    Very strange!
