I have a bit of a unique situation that my home computer and xbox both connect to the school network (resident staff). My PC is not joined to the domain but does have an IP address from the network.

I am trying to set up media sharing between my xbox and PC but, everytime I turn on media sharing any windows 7 computer can connect to my pictures, video libraries through media player. I have to go into Network and Sharing centre to block computers manually. So its the opposite of what I would expect, everything is open until I block a computer.

Is there anyway to set it up so that Only my xbox can connect to my PC libraries and everyone else is blocked?
