Shared desktop wallpapers do not appear in Windows 7

    Hi.

We change student and teacher desktop wallpapers every fortnight using group policy but on a Windows 7 machine it doesnt seem to work. However I've noticed that when someone logs off the computer you can see the desktop wallpaper appear in the background very quickly. Its almost as though the Win7 wallpaper is overriding it.

    Anybody else seen this problem?

    Alan.

Try this. I set the Group Policy preferences registry entry and all is well

Wallpaper via Group Policy and Windows 7
