Explorer error after Showing this action is disabled

I am just setting up all our GPO's for moving to windows 7 next summer and I have restricted access so they cannot right click on the desktop and change screen resolution or enter the gadgets which give the correct his action has been disabled. But then gives you an explorer error. Is this something that everything does or is it just our setup.

I have attached the error message - does anybody else get this? and is it normal as TBH i don't want it to appear as its looks unprofessional

Happens here too. Its a known issue with Windows 7 and will be fixed in SP1. You can apply for a hotfix here in the mean time.

Just read through all the information. Its not quite what we are experiencing. It shows the error this action has been disabled by your system administrator. then once you select ok it then shows this error. The hotfix says is is not applicable
