    Send to....

Some how i have disabled the ability for teachers to send things to compressed zip folders.

They can see Send to and the network shares are there but the default selections of "compressed zip folder, Desktop, Mail" etc are all gone..

Anyone know how i turn that back on?

I'm sure there's a folder in the profile (C:\Users\Username\SendTo), and you just drag any shortcuts into there, so to get compressed archive back on, find where the exe sits, create a shortcut, and move it to that location.

Ah you've thrown me on the right track... in C:\Users\Username\Appdata\Roaming\Microsoft\Window s\SendTo is where they are stored

Problem is 90% of staff are on a mandatory profile, im thinking GPP now to copy the link file into that folder above, reckon that'd work?

EDIT: would this work as the destination: "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\S endTo"

    Enable Compressed (zipped) Folder

Should be able to deploy that as a script
