zimbra admin runs on a different port (7071 IIRC). you probably need to modify your firewall config

Is this a natted set up? (Can you confirm that the necessary ports are allowed)

Where you have a public IP natted to a private IP.

    Ie. 1.2.3.4 points to 10.12.112.134

(where ports must be opened on the 1.2.3.4 side to access them on the 10.12.112.134 side)

No prob, feel free to pm me the host name of your webmail and I'll see if the admin port is open.

    (Suspect that's the problem though)
