Hi
Does anyone know how on Windows 7 we can prevent showing the last user logged in and instead when the PC boots up it just prompts to enter a username and password.
Is there a way to turn off user switching?
Can these both changes be set using Group Policy?
Thanks

18th August 2010, 01:06 PM #2 Preventing the previous username showing can be done in a Computer Group Policy by setting Computer Config > Policies > Windows Settings > Local Policies / Security Options > Interactive Logon > Interactive logon: Do not display last user name to enabled.
Fast user switching can apparently be disabled by following this steps on this page.
