Does anyone know of a way to automatically install a specific web slice on to machines running Win 7 and IE8 ?

Specifically, its this slice
Click CEOP Button - Add-ons Gallery

I have tried copying the source files and importing the corresponding registry entry related to it but this does not have any effect.
