Does anyone have any idea how to either remove the link to the User Home Folder shown below?

We use Mandatory network profiles & redirect the My Documents, I don't mind them getting into the User Home Folder but they are able to save in there and this will just get deleted when the user logs off. Is it possible to remove the shortcut or redirect the location to the home directory?
