    BKF files and Windows 7

I have just been installing a Windows 7 PC and the user's data was backed up in a BKF file. Well, Windows 7 home Prem doesnt come with Windows Backup and Restore so... if anyone wants to restore any files/folders from a BKF file created in WinXP, here is the link if anyone is interested:

How to Restore .BKF files Using NTBackup in Windows 7 and Windows Vista - The Winhelponline Blog and its also on here http://www.stsanford.com/pebuilder/ look up the nt5backup.cab. You will need to extract the cab files to get to the nt5backup.exe.
