I haven't sat the live (70- or 72- prefix) exam, but I did sit the beta of this exam. What I can say is that it is harder then the Vista client exam and that it does cover alot of the new technology that was brought out with Win7.

Passed the 70-680 a few weeks ago, about 878 scored if i remember correctly, the practice tests on the disk, are very handy, and i recommend getting every question, and just doing into depth with the area it asks, googling each answer etc. learning about all the little random things the book doesnt touch like psr.exe, which causes me to remember them.
Just the way i learn, any questions shout, and good luck!

I am study it at the moment, looking to maybe take the test in summer. Its nice to work through the book and find things you haven't done or heard of before. This is first Microsoft Exam for me too. Not used the CD yet, been busy with my College HND course. Good Luck!
