Add Windows 7 Start Menu Animation

Start Menu animation is a free utility which will add an animation effect to Windows 7 start menu or Vista start menu, after installing this utility click start orb, instead of the start menu just popping up, it will now open with a slow animation effect.

This is a simple portable program, it does not require installation so just download the programs archive, extract and run it, you will see the start menu animation in action.

I was quite happy with the Windows 7 logon screen changer when I found it - Windows 7 – Logon Screen Changer | recommendmeapc.co.uk

I thought that too but I just supposed that it was poorly worded and perhaps should have said:

    "...gentle, smooth..."

    perhaps?

I haven't done it in Win 7 yet, but in XP one of the first settings I changed was the 'delay' time on the start menu. I want what I'm trying to get at to appear ASAP.

Nice util for those who want 'pretty' though, I suppose.
