make any window "always on top"

How can I do this? I can do it in ubuntu easily. Im wanting to watch iplayer for example in the popout player, but have it always on top in the top right so I can keep working at the same time.

Is it possible with windows? Is there some magic keyboard key that will do it. Or is there a 3rd party software that will do it? Or should I just get a 2nd monitor and have a dedicated iplayer screen :P
