    Windows 7 ADM/ADMX Templates

    Does anyone know where I can find the Windows 7 ADM/ADMX templates?
    I've searched high and low, but so far have not had any joy!

    Normally are in %systemroot% policy definitions on a win 7 machine

    drop the policy definitions folder into the sysvol and you should see them loaded automatically in GPMC when it has replicated

    You want to create a central store. Well you don't have to it just makes them easy to manage.

    I like the An Alternative to the Central Store idea at the bottom of the technet article.

    Alt you could just drag them from C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions as james said

    central admx is the way to go, we did this when we introduced office2007
